Moselschlösschen Honey Ice Cream and Moselschlösschen Riesling Ice Cream
Head Chef Kristof Nemes and his team create the new flavors with great passion and culinary skill right in the hotel kitchen. The result is two extraordinary creations that reflect the flavors of the Moselle region: a creamy Moselschlösschen honey ice cream made with regional honey, and a refreshing Moselschlösschen Riesling ice cream that captures the typical freshness and fruitiness of the Moselle region in a popsicle. Dipped in white or dark chocolate and garnished with almonds, passion fruit, or raspberry extract, each popsicle is a small masterpiece both visually and in taste.
