What to expect in the study program

  • Switching between theory phases at DHBW Ravensburg and practical phases at Moselschlösschen Spa & Resort in a 6-month rhythm 
  • Graduation after three years with a Bachelor of Arts 
  • Opportunity for a semester abroad in the 5th semester during the theory phase of the study program

Your practical phases with us

During your practical periods at Moselschlösschen, you will be actively involved from the very beginning and take on your own responsibilities step by step.

This is what you can expect: 

  • Insights into all important hotel areas – reception/reservation/guest relations, service, administration (accounting and HR), marketing, spa
  • Participation in daily operational business as well as in organizational processes 
  • Support in quality management and guest service 
  • Involvement in projects, events, and business processes 
  • Independent areas of responsibility with growing accountability

You will learn how a hotel is successfully managed both operationally and strategically – and can apply the content from your studies directly in practice.
