Important notice for our guests

Currently, fraudulent WhatsApp messages are circulating nationwide in Germany that appear deceptively real and may refer to existing hotel reservations. For example, your name and your stay period may be mentioned. You will then be prompted via a link to a supposed online check-in, sometimes accompanied by a payment request.

Please note:
We at Moselschlösschen Spa & Resort do not contact you via WhatsApp regarding your reservation and never request payment in this way.

If you receive such a message:

✓ Do not click on the link.
✓ Do not make any payment.
✓ If in doubt, contact us directly.

We understand that it can be concerning and understandably unsettling when personal details about your booking are mentioned in such a message. Your safety and trust are very important to us. Therefore, we take the situation very seriously and want to support you as best as we can with this information.

Our IT systems have already been checked. Currently, there are no indications of a data leak in our own systems. According to current knowledge, the incident may be related to our service provider HNS. HNS is already investigating and processing the incident and is working hard to clarify the cause and take appropriate measures.

If you have questions about your reservation or if a message seems suspicious to you, please feel free to contact us directly.
We are here for you and will help you if you are unsure.
