Your Tasks

Management, organization and control of the entire housekeeping department, including all employees, temporary staff and external companies
Operational support of your team in all tasks
Onboarding new employees as well as training apprentices
Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas according to quality standards
Daily inspection of cleaning work throughout the house
Planning and organizing basic and special cleanings
Conducting room inventory checks and stocktaking
Implementation and monitoring of processes according to quality guidelines and safety standards
Continuous control and modification of workflows
Processing guest requests and complaints
Management of lost and found items
Recording and forwarding of defects
Management of material and linen inventory
Monitoring of cleaning materials and equipment used
Management and control of linen deliveries and orders

Your talents

A completed training in hotel management/housekeeping or several years of experience in a comparable position
A knack for organization, order, and cleanliness as well as an eye for detail
Expertise in cleaning procedures, the products to be used, as well as safety and hygiene regulations
The ability to keep a clear head in stressful situations, to guide and motivate employees
An independent, committed, and reliable work style, readiness to work, initiative, and flexibility as well as resilience
A clean and well-groomed appearance as well as a friendly and open demeanor and enjoyment in dealing with international guests
Good German and English skills
